The Legacy Behind the Mission
While traveling back and forth to Memorial Sloan Kettering for chemotherapy treatments, Amarachi became deeply aware of the homelessness she saw along the way. Even as she faced her own battle, her heart remained focused on others.
She spoke often about wanting to help people who were struggling and hoped to create something meaningful that would continue making an impact beyond her lifetime.
The Amarachi Ngozi Foundation was founded while Amarachi was still bravely fighting cancer. Supporting individuals and families experiencing homelessness was a cause she felt strongly about and wanted to be part of her legacy.
Today, that vision lives on through a foundation built in her name — rooted in compassion, dignity, and service to others.

Amarachi Ngozi Foundation is a charitable organization committed to restoring dignity, stability, and hope to individuals and families experiencing homelessness. We serve those in crisis by meeting urgent needs while creating pathways toward long-term independence. Our mission is rooted in the belief that everyone deserves safety, opportunity, and compassionate support.
We provide essential services such as food and clothing assistance, emergency shelter support, transitional housing resources, and educational programs. Through outreach and life-skills initiatives, we help individuals and families move beyond immediate hardship toward sustainable stability. Our approach addresses both short-term relief and long-term transformation.
Working alongside volunteers, community partners, and local organizations, Amarachi Ngozi Foundation extends care where it is needed most. We walk with people through every stage of their journey—from crisis to recovery—serving with empathy, integrity, and hope to help build stronger communities.
